Her work as CEO in India was a case study on purpose in business featured in books like “Rehumanizing Leadership: Putting Purpose Back into Business” by Sudhanshu Palsule and Michael Chavez, CEO of Duke Corporate Education. Believing in the infinite potential of humans guided by purpose, she founded Workcoherence in 2020 to pursue this purpose in her new life cycle.
